Under the terms of hire contract, the plant is hired under Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA), please find copies attached.<\/p>\n

MODEL CONDITIONS FOR THE HIRING OF PLANT (With effect from July 2011) These conditions are not to be used for consumer contracts. Under the terms and conditions of hire, once the hired equipment has either been delivered to site or collected from one of our depot you \u201cthe customer\u201d assumes all responsibility for the safe use and daily checks of the equipment under the \u201cCPA model conditions of hire\u201d.<\/p>\n
