Under the terms of hire contract, the plant is hired under Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA), please find copies attached.<\/p>\n

Under the terms and conditions of hire, once the hired equipment has either been delivered to site or collected from one of our depot you \u201cthe customer\u201d assumes all responsibility for the safe use and daily checks of the equipment under the \u201cCPA model conditions of hire\u201d.<\/p>\n
